   We have built the Gruene Sunday Haus to reflect a tranquil, family atmosphere. Upon arrival, you will find that our houses are thoroughly clean and that each house is supplied to meet our guest’s needs. The pool is here solely for guests registered with us at the Gruene Sunday Haus.

 

NO SUBLEASING ALLOWED—RESERVATIONS AND COTTAGES ARE NOT TRANSFERRABLE TO OTHER PARTIES WITHOUT WRITTEN APPROVAL BY THE MANAGEMENT.

 

   To guarantee your reservation, payment must be made in full on a credit card at the time reservations are made. No exceptions! We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. There is a 2 night minimum from Memorial Day to Labor Day and during Wurstfest, and a 3 night minimum on holidays. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival for a full refund (less a $25.00 cancellation fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival date.

 

   Adult registration is required. A parent or an adult must be staying in the house with any minor. Guests are responsible for replacement costs of any items missing, damaged or broken during their stay. A $25.00 fee will be charged for each lost key. A valid credit card number will be required for this purpose.

 

  The following is a list of things that absolutely will not be tolerated and any violations will result in your group being required to immediately vacate the premises with NO REFUND:

1. Pets of any kind on the premises.

2. Smoking inside any Sunday Haus.

3. Excessive use of alcohol.

4. Illegal drug use of any kind.

5. Foul language, loud, drunk or disorderly conduct.

6. Littering – All cigarette butts must be disposed of in the containers provided outside. Trash cans are provided for all other trash.

7. Disregarding any pool rule.

 

   Prior to your arrival, we must have:

1. A signed copy of this information sheet
2. A list of the names and addresses of each guest
3. Make, model, color & license number of all vehicles that will be on the property.

Any persons planning to visit you at Gruene Sunday Haus must be approved by the office

in advance & must be registered with us, including their full name & vehicle description.

Due to parking concerns & consideration for other guests, visitors will be strictly limited.

Visitors are subject to all terms contained herein & must depart no later than 11:00 p.m.

 

Persons & vehicles not registered will be required to immediately leave the premises.
